Pan Fried Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken - 600 gms
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp (preferably kashmiri mirch)
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 4 cloves (minced)
Soya sauce - 1-2 tbsp
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1-2 tbsp (preferably olive oil)

Procedure :
  • Prepare a mixture of red chilli powder, lemon juice, soya sauce, garlic and salt. 
  • Apply this marinade to the chicken pieces and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  • Heat oil in a skillet. Add pepper.
  • Pan-fry the marinated chicken pieces till the chicken turns light brown. 
  • Add the marinade to the frying chicken and stir it slowly.
  • Serve with stir fried vegetables.
